I always choose Sparkle Express Car Wash when I want my vehicle to look spotless. The wash leaves my car shining better than other express washes I’ve tried — the exterior comes out clean, and they even take the extra step with helpful pre-wash sprays that really make a difference. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help you get the best wash possible. Whether you’re in for a quick basic wash or one of the upgraded options, the service is efficient and the results speak for themselves. Great vacuums, plenty of microfiber towels, and little extras like window cleaner make finishing touches super easy. This place has been pretty great for a machine only car wash. I get my old van washed every 3-4 months, and while I think the brushes are a little hard on it in general, they do a decent job for $15. The bug wash is fabulous. I just got home with 5,000 miles/two weeks worth of bug guts to clean off. The person at the entry was very diligent with the enzyme solution & scrub brush prewash. While the car didn’t come out perfectly clean after that, it’s 95%, which is better than expected. I’ll probably run it through again in a few days. I moved here from SoCal, where I could get a hand wash and polish for $30 including tip (in 2022). Between the prewash, the machine & the vacuum for me to use, I can get pretty close to that for $15. ~ Kimberly M

He took the time to explain everything, made sure I knew what to do, and was extremely kind and patient. Customer service like that really makes a difference. The Kioske works fine in the drive thru...so why they got somebody there standing in the drive between my car and the kioske wanting to take n swipe my card for me? Press my selection for me? I want to be left alone make my purchase n not have somebody in my face....trying to make conversation, let me tap my selections, pay n get on my way. Also.....car was very clean at end. A great car wash at a fair price. My car always comes out clean when I visit. The one negative that I have is I tried to use a promotional free car wash, and the barcode would not scan at the payment kiosk and no one was around to help me with that, but I will not dock the quality of the product they provide based on one missed free car wash. I highly recommend this place for a great car wash. ~ Tim C

Several months ago I posted a complaint about Sparkle Express car wash in Macomb, today I decided to try it again and spoke with the manager. Evidently there had been a hydraulic hose leaking into the soap mixture which was causing the film on cars. That has been repaired and my car looked great after the wash. ~ Rosemary J

"Man great place to get a clean and quick car washin, great machines and highly detailed recommended waxing and tire shine. prices are good as well! Also I've lost things (keys) in the vacuum before one of theirs very helpful fish it out for me! So overall yes I personally highly recommend this place ~ Christopher D

Great customer service!!! We were vacuuming our car and one of the nice gentleman noticed us standing outside with our dog and told us about the dog park and gave us a treat to give to our good girl Nala!!! Been coming here for a while, ever since, ELI has been there. Never does it fail that ELI is there to help if there is a tech problem or your card info needs updated he gets it done and gets it done fast!! The workers here are exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with my monthly plan they were able to get it resolved and also got me a refund on my account. If we have any questions or issues they get right on and are easily approachable. Love it. ~ Anthony B
